ingredients:
-> 125 g rice
-> 75 g glutinous rice
-> 300 ml coconut milk
-> 200 g chicken fillet, boiled,scrape
-> 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
-> 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
-> 1 bay leaf
-> 2 eggs pecans, toasted, grated
-> 1 sheet of pandan leaves
-> 1/2 teaspoon seasoning
-> 10 pieces of fried egg, ready to use

How to Make:
- Steamed rice and glutinous rice until half cooked, take away and set aside
- Mix coconut milk, coriander powder, lemongrass, smooth walnut, bay leaf, pandan leaf and salt. Simmer over low heat until boiling.

Bahan :
-> 125 g beras putih
-> 75 g beras ketan
-> 300 ml santan
-> 200 g fillet ayam, rebus, potong dadu 1x1 cm
-> 1/4 sdt ketumbar bubuk
-> 1 batang serai, memarkan
-> 1 lembar daun salam
-> 2 butir kemiri, sangrai, parut
-> 1 lembar daun pandan
-> 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
-> 10 lembar telur dadar, siap pakai
-> garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
- Kukus beras dan beras ketan hingga setengah matang, angkat dan sisihkan.
- Campur santan, ketumbar, serai, kemiri halus, daun salam, pandan dan garam. Rebus diatas api kecil hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan beras kukus dan ayam rebus dalam rebusan santan. Aduk rata, masak hingga cairan terserap dan kering. Angkat.
- Kukus campuran nasi berbumbu hingga matang dan lunak, angkat.
- Bentangkan telur dadar,letakkan beberapa sendok makan nasi uduk. Bungkus sesuai selera.
- Sajikan.
